From counter to door

The bar doesn't run a cloakroom, and it doesn't run a courier. The moment you check out, the retailer's warehouse takes the order, boxes it, and walks it to your door under their own rates and windows.

One pencil or the whole six-line haul — combining, splitting, and hurrying a delivery all happen at the retailer's checkout, the same as anything else on their shelves.

Tracking lives with your order there. If a parcel dawdles, their support can see exactly which truck it's napping in; from this side of the counter, we can't.
