The bar keeps one inbox and actually reads it. Drifted prices, dead links, a LAVONE product we haven't shelved, a shade note you'd argue with — all of it is welcome, all of it gets an answer.

What the inbox can't do: find, change, or refund an order. That's the retailer's counter, and their support reaches it faster than any note passed through us.

Everything else — pull up a chair. The catalog is tended by hand, and a second pair of eyes makes the tending faster.
