If it isn't right
A wrong undertone, glue that argues with your eyes, a red that turned out to be a wine — the bar has heard it all, and none of it is final.
Every return runs on the retailer's policy for that listing: open your orders with them, pick the item, follow their flow. Labels, refunds, and timelines are theirs end to end.
The bar's standing advice: check the shade ladder before breaking a seal. Cosmetics travel home smoother unopened, and the guide exists precisely so the first pour is the right one.
And if a listing let you down, tell us anyway. We can't refund it — but we can re-read the card that talked you into it.
